Since 2009, Shifa Pharmacy has grown from a single Riyadh shop into a six-branch community pharmacy — without losing the habit of knowing our patients by name.

Our story
Shifa opened in 2009 on Olaya Street with two pharmacists and a simple promise: nobody leaves without understanding their medicine. Word travelled through the neighbourhood, and families started bringing their parents, then their children.
Today six branches serve Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar, with a delivery fleet, chronic-care programmes and an in-house compounding lab. The counter is bigger; the promise has not changed.

Licensed and qualified
All 48 of our pharmacists hold a PharmD or BPharm degree and are registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. Every branch is licensed by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and inspected annually.
